Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Maperivo (the "Service"), operated by Maperivo ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
1. The Service
Maperivo provides a web-based map designer and a server-side exporter that generates production files (SVG) from a design. Access is granted per license key and plan.
2. Accounts & licenses
- You are responsible for activity under your license key and for keeping it confidential.
- A license may be used only on the domains and within the plan limits associated with it.
- We may suspend a license for non-payment, abuse, or breach of these terms.
3. Credits & exports
- One credit equals one complete map export (all layers in one generation). Re-exporting the same design within 7 days does not consume an additional credit.
- Subscription credits refresh each billing cycle and do not roll over. Credits purchased as top-up packs do not expire while your account is active.
- Credits and subscriptions are licenses to use the Service, not stored monetary value.
4. Payments & cancellation
Paid plans and packs are billed through our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions are available monthly or yearly (yearly is billed once for 12 months) and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your client panel: your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, no further payment is taken, and we do not refund the unused remainder of that period. Prices are shown at checkout.
5. Your content & output
- Designs your customers create, and the production files you export, are yours to use and sell. We claim no ownership over them.
- Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors and rendered via Mapbox; your use of maps is subject to their respective terms.
- You are responsible for the products you sell and for complying with the laws that apply to your business.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to resell, reverse-engineer or extract the Service's export engine, overload the API, or use the Service for unlawful content. The export engine and geometry pipeline remain our intellectual property.
7. Availability & warranty
We work to keep the Service available but provide it "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
8. Changes & termination
We may update these terms or the Service; material changes will be announced by e-mail or in the panel. You may stop using the Service at any time. Files you have already exported remain yours.
