Refund & Cancellation

We want the Service to be worth it. Here's how cancellations and refunds work.
Subscriptions (monthly & yearly)
- You can cancel any time from your client panel. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for (the current month, or the current year on annual billing), and then simply does not renew.
- We do not take any further payment after you cancel, and we do not pro-rate a refund for the unused remainder of a paid period. You keep full access until it ends.
- If something went genuinely wrong on our side, e-mail us — we're reasonable.
Credit packs
One-time credit packs are non-refundable once credits have been used, since each credit represents a generated production file. Unused packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase on request.
Something broke?
If an export failed or produced an unusable file due to a fault on our side, we'll re-run it or credit you back — just contact hello@maperivo.com with your license key and the design.
